It is held in “Tirana International Hotel” the General Assembly of the Albanian Football Federation. After Execution of the “Hymn to the Flag” the ceremonies for the decoration of several football figures took place. This Assembly has been greeted by the Secretary General of MES Plarent Ndreca, the President of the Albanian Olympic Committee Viron Bezhani and Vice/President of FFK Agim Ademi. After the usual procedures, the word has been taken to read the report on the activities of the institution by the President of the Albanian Football Federation Mr. Armand Duka. He appreciated the great achievements of the Albanian football during this period between the two Assemblies. The qualification to European Championship, but also the successes of the Albanian clubs in European Cups. Number One of AFF has made a detailed analysis of the activity of all sectors praising the achievements and focusing on issues of this year.
The Secretary General, Ilir Shulku, reported later on the “Approval of the Financial Statements for the period 01 January – 31 December 2015” and on the “Approval of the draft budget for the financial year 2016”. The representative of the auditing company “Deloitte” has presented its report, which was approved in the Assembly.
The Assembly works have continued with information about the activity of the Department of Marketing held by Mr. Gazmend Malo. An update on the activity of the Commission of Arbitrators was held by the member of the Ethics Commission Tahir Kastrati. Then it continued with some information from the Ethics Commission, held by Chairman of this Commission Mr. Fatmir Braka.
Finally, it was performed the electoral process of the Ethics Commission, because that his 5-year term mandate had ended. After running 8 nominations, five winners were declared Fatmir Braka, Bejkush Birçe, Agron Kuliçaj, Bashkim Koka, Ardian Leka.
