In the conference hall of the Albanian Football Federation is held today the seminar with observers about changes in regulation. Organized by observers sector, it had the intention to inform the Albanian observers about changes and concrete examples of their performance. In this seminar was present also the Secretary General of the AFF Mr. Ilir Shulku and the President of Albanian Football Arbitrators Association, Mr. Tahir Kastrati. During its work, the participants saw illustrated examples of changes in the rules of the game.
Head of observers sector in AFF Mr. Petrit Brahja said for the official Web site: “It was a necessary seminar because the observers are now informed about recent changes and interpretations in the regulation. This will help significantly in their work, immediately with the restarting of the national football activity”.
