The Albanian Football Federation last year launched the internship program, for a work practice with a duration of three months at the football institution for students who have finished their Bachelor or Masters degree.
Until now the internship program is resulting to be a true success. Applications are growing day by day and the participants have had the opportunity to have their internship at the administration of the Albanian Football Federation.
Doing the internship at our institution gives the students the possibility to get equipped with the right practical knowledge by creating a real working experience which matches the everyday professional requirements.
At Albanian Football Association students who become part of the internship program will have the possibility to exchange the experience with the best experts of their specific working areas (PR, HR, Marketing, Finance, Law Department), they will also be a part of internal trainings, who serve them to better their professional capabilities or develop new ones.
In the end the participants will get a reference letter from the Albanian Football Federation with their performance evaluation.
