One of the masters of arbitration in Albania, the former well known arbitrator Ramiz Pregja died on Sunday morning. This is a big loss to the arbitration community in Albania, which saw the figure of Ramiz Pregja as one of the symbols of modern arbitration. Ramiz Pregja has arbitrated in the mid of 60s to 80s years, having been for a long period of time, among the best of his generation. He has been a judge of FIFA for a long period of time. “I express my condolences for the loss of a master of the arbitration which has given quite a lot to Albanian football. Ramiz Pregja will always be respected by the community of arbitration and that of football, as a figure who has made epoch with his level” – stated AFF president Armand Duka. His funeral will take place tomorrow at 11:00 o’clock.
