“Points are not important, we have emphasized it throughout this period. It is important that justice won and with it, football won too”. This was the first comment of the President of the Albanian Football Federation Armand Duka in front of media in the press conference organized at 12.00 o’clock in the Albanian Football Federation. Accompanied by a member of the Executive Committee of AFF Av. Artan Hajdari, no. 1 of football institution commented the recent decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne. Having expressed satisfaction for “putting justice in order”, the President Duka stressed: “This came as a result of a long legal battle, which has required commitment, energy and seriousness. More than anything, it is important for us the victory of football and game. Despite the penalties, the Serbian Federation and the football community in this country, have benefited from this decision, because what happened in Belgrade, has nothing in common with the game”. Lawyer Artan Hajdari explained the legal side of the decision and provided details about it. He and the President have particularly thanked the Swiss office and av. Rigozi for the excellent professional defence, performed for our case. In the end, President Duka thanked all those who supported us during this long battle, even those who suspected of this. “Today is a day when justice has won. Today, no one feels lost”, concluded the President Armand Duka.
