President Duka, interview with voice of America

Voice of America: Mr. Duka let us make a summary of the official application, content and evidences where is supported the demand?
Armand Duka: Since the appeal of the Albanian Football Federation in the UEFA Appeals Commission and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, it has been the same purpose for Albania to achieve to get 3 points, because the game is not interrupted because of the Albanian team, but for reasons of violence by hooligans that were in the stadium.
Serbian Federation is in fact responsible for organizing the match while our party was without spectators in Belgrade.
Voice of America: Can you describe us briefly how the session was held today in Lausanne?
Armand Duka: Around 8:00 o’clock in the morning began public hearings with witnesses called by the Albanian Football Federation and by the Serbian party. Until 18.00 o’clock all witnesses have spoken and have been heard, from the Captain of National Team Lorik Cana, coach Gianni de Biasi, Captain of Serbian team and a security official in Belgrade stadium. Questions of witnesses are being made to clarify the truth about what really happened in Belgrade. It’s pause time and the trial panel will take time before making the decision.
Voice of America: Mr. Duka how likely is for the request of Albania to be recognized and are there precedents of annulling by this court the UEFA’s decisions?
Armand Duka: It is one thing that we have repeated all the time that we have 100% right, and we have not rejected either to play or to enter the field, some of the players have suffered violence by security forces and Serbian fans, the arbitrator of the match gave no orders to continue this, but the match was not in conditions to be played.
Voice of America: Mr. Duka, when it is expected to come to the decision?
Armand Duka: I believe it will take time, because nothing clear has been told us from the session leaders.
