Today’s afternoon the Albanian Football Association inaugurated a new football pitch for the blind. The inauguration ceremony for the new minifootball pitch was held in the National Rehabilitation Center for the Blind in Fortuzaj, Vaqarr. Present in the activity was the President of AFA , Mr.Armand Duka, all the participating teams of the championship of the blind , and more than 100 players. Afterwards an improvised match was played between the players that were present and those who came from different cities. The Albanian Football Association and President Duka himself committed for a continuous support for this target group, even for other projects in the future. Meanwhile . the federation will cover all the expenses of the national football team of the blind, which will participate in the European Championship in Romania.
