Starting from the 1 January 2017, AFA has begun the work based on the new organizational structure which was approved by the Executive Committee in the last meeting on December 2016. The Football Department and the Department of Administration are two main lines of AFA , followed by the respective sectors. Denis Bastari will lead one of the two above mentioned Departments , that of the Administration that includes sectors such as :Marketing , PR and Media. An innovative scheme that was well-thought, and the base of the work of the all the administration of the AFA. Technical Directory has not changed ,and other two Departments will be on the supervision of the General Secretary, Ilir Shulku. The President of AFA , Armand Duka together with the Executive Committee decided to reformate the functioning of the administration , and now that is a fact. The new scheme is fully loaded in the web page of Afa , www.fshf.org.
