The Albanian national team held its next training session this morning at the “House of Football” as part of preparations for the first qualifying match against England.
The team completed a full training session lasting about 1 hour and 30 minutes. According to AFA’s Communications Department, Marash Kumbulla and Ardian Ismajli trained separately, but both players will travel with the squad to London, and their condition will be assessed until the final decision for the match against England.
The initial minutes of the session focused on athletic preparation, followed by ball work and tactical drills, including set-piece scenarios and shooting practice.
After training, the team returned to the hotel before heading to “Nënë Tereza” Airport for the flight to London. The match against England is scheduled for Friday, March 21, at 20:45 at Wembley Stadium.
Meanwhile, tomorrow at 18:15, head coach Sylvinho and one of the players will attend the official pre-match press conference at Wembley Stadium to discuss this important fixture.
Following the press conference, the team will hold its final training session at Wembley, wrapping up preparations for the first World Cup qualifier against England.
