The Albanian Women’s National Team will play tomorrow at 18:00 at the “Niko Dovana” stadium in their first match against Ukraine, as part of the Nations League campaign. The team wrapped up their preparations this afternoon at the “House of Football”, and the squad is fully fit with no physical issues.
Ahead of this match, coach Armir Grima spoke about the team’s objectives, the current condition of the squad, and made a call for fans to be present at the stadium.
Objectives for tomorrow’s match – We have taken the necessary measures before this important match to create the conditions and opportunities for a positive result, knowing that we are facing a strong opponent, but one that we can also challenge, as long as we play well and apply the tasks and opportunities we have to express on the field. We will demand the maximum from the girls and will aim to get the most out of this match.
Team condition – We have had some minor injuries and issues, but these are things that will not affect our performance. The group of girls is in good shape, and those who will carry the main responsibility are physically well. I hope, with God’s help, everything will go well.
Call to fans to be present in the stadium – It would be a miracle if the fans could be present in the stadium tomorrow. The girls need support and encouragement, and I believe we will receive it and have it throughout the match. We will not disappoint them and will try to ensure that they leave satisfied with a good performance from our National Team.
