The Albanian Football Association continues to invest in the improvement of sports infrastructure across the country as part of the preparations for hosting the final tournament of the UEFA European Under-21 Championship, which will take place in Albania next year.
One of the key projects is being carried out at the ‘House of Football’, where the two natural-grass pitches are undergoing a complete rehabilitation process. Following the removal of the existing turf, the planting of new grass is set to begin in the coming days.
This is a planned investment by the AFA aimed at enhancing the quality of training facilities and creating optimal conditions for the national teams and football activities throughout the country.
The works are progressing according to schedule, and the pitches are expected to be ready for use by mid-September.
