UEFA is carrying out another inspection visit to Albania as part of the preparations for the final tournament of the UEFA U-17 European Championship “Albania 2025”.
During this visit, the UEFA delegation is accompanied by representatives of the AFA and the inter-institutional working group established for the organization of this event.
Upon arrival in Albania, UEFA officials immediately began inspections of the stadiums set to host the final matches. They had the opportunity to witness firsthand the remarkable transformation of “Egnatia Arena,” made possible by investments from the Albanian Football Association. This modern facility now meets all the necessary requirements and will be fully ready to host the U-17 European Championship finals.
The UEFA delegation’s visit will continue with inspections of the training grounds where the participating teams will prepare, including “Tofik Jashari,” “House of Football,” “Selman Stërmasi,” “Skënder Halili Complex,” the annex of “Roza Haxhiu” Stadium, “Sol Tropikal,” and “Luz Stadium.”
