The Albanian referee quartet, Juxhin Xhaja, Arbër Zalla, Rejdi Avdo, and Albert Doda, have been selected to officiate the match between Vitória SC and Fiorentina in the UEFA Conference League.
The match will take place at Estádio D. Afonso Henriques, Guimaraes, Portugal, on Thursday, December 19, at 21:00.
Juxhin Xhaja will be the main referee. Arbër Zalla and Rejdi Avdo will be Xhaja’s assistants, while Albert Doda is the fourth official.
The VAR will be German referee Robert Schröder, while Albanian referee Kreshnik Barjamaj has been appointed as the AVAR.
This selection comes after an intensive season for the Albanian referee team, who have previously officiated three matches in the UEFA Europa League group stage: Hoffenheim – FCSB, AZ Alkmaar – Elfsborg, and Elfsborg – Sporting Braga.
