The historic participation of the National Team in the UEFA European Championship finals “Germany 2024” marked the crowning of an unforgettable year for Albanian football. The red and blacks showed heart and great courage against the three biggest teams on the continent, experiencing an extraordinary journey that made us all proud.
During the gala evening organized by the Albanian Football Association tonight at the National Theater of Opera and Ballet, a special moment was the awarding of the “Red and Black Heart” prize to the midfielder of the Albanian National Team, Ylber Ramadani.
This prestigious award, chosen by the National Team’s technical staff, honors his extraordinary competitive spirit, his great passion for the red and black jersey, and his utmost dedication in every match.
The “Red and Black Heart” award was presented to Ramadani by the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, and the National Team supporter, Besmir Limani, known as “The Face with the Eagle.”
Emotional, the red and black midfielder said: “I am honored to receive this award, and I promise to give more for Albania to move forward.”
