The new course in football scouting, organized by the Football Association, started on March 31st and until now has successfully concluded the first block of lectures.
The course is led by the scouting manager at the AFA, Ardi Behari, while the work in the first block focused on several interesting topics such as: the definition of a scout and their role, the organization of the Scouting Department in the Association, the definition of talent and player roles, scouting young players, the characteristics of players according to their roles and their selection.
This course will be divided into four periods, and by the end, the participants will be equipped with the necessary knowledge for training and preparation, helping them to develop activities related to observing, analyzing, evaluating, and scouting players and teams.
