The Albanian Football Association has reached a new agreement for the naming rights of the National Stadium in Tirana. For the next five years, the stadium will continue to bear the name “Air Albania Stadium” as part of a renewed partnership with the national airline company.
The agreement was signed today at the House of Football by the President of AFA, Armand Duka, and the CEO of Air Albania, Sinan Isik.
For President Duka, this new agreement demonstrates the continuity of close cooperation between the Red and Black Sports Center and Air Albania, a national brand with which they share the same vision for promoting Albanian values.
“We are here today to reaffirm a partnership that has added value not only to sport but also as a new model of how Albanian football interacts with the business world. The name “Air Albania Stadium” is not just a commercial name placed on a sports facility. It is a testament to a modern philosophy where sport, economy, and national identity walk hand in hand.
This stadium was the first in Albania and one of the first in the region to be named with a commercial brand. It was an innovative decision, a bold step that showed that even in Albania there is room for sustainable sports marketing models. Today, with the renewal of this agreement for the next five years, we show that this market not only exists but is growing.
“Air Albania” has been and continues to be a strategic partner — a company that understands the importance of being part of shared emotions, part of the international image of our country, part of representing the red and black flag on and off the field. On behalf of AFA and the Red and Black Sports Center, I want to thank Mr. Sinan Isik and all his collaborators for this new agreement, for this act of trust, for this long-term commitment,” stated the President of AFA.

For the administrator of Air Albania, Sinan Isik, maintaining this partnership guarantees stability and prestige for the most important sports facility in Albania, which hosts the National Team’s matches, national competition finals, and international challenges.
“A special moment for us as a company, but also as citizens who feel responsibility and pride in supporting Albanian football and the values it represents. Through this agreement with the Red and Black National Center and the Albanian Football Federation, Air Albania confirms its commitment to be more than just an airline company, to be an active partner in the social, cultural, and sporting life of the country.
The decision to continue supporting Albanian football and to once again associate our company’s name with the country’s most important stadium is a clear indication of the trust we have in the future of Albanian sport and in the development of our society. Air Albania is moving forward with steady steps toward expansion, increasing its fleet, destinations, and quality of service, and through this cooperation, we show that our foundation is solid and our goal is long-term development,” said Sinan Isik.
