The National Futsal Championship will kick off on Saturday, with four teams competing in this edition: Tirana Futsal, Flamurtari Futsal, Vllaznia Futsal, and Forcat e Armatosura Futsal.
The regular season will be played in two stages, following a home-and-away format, and will then proceed with the “Final 4” system. The champion team will represent Albania in the UEFA Futsal Champions League.
The “Final 4” format will work as follows: the first and second-place teams at the end of the two stages will be drawn against the third and fourth-place teams. The semifinal matches will be played on a neutral ground as single-leg fixtures. The “Final 4” final will take place at the “Feti Borova” Sports Hall.
The first week of the National Futsal Championship features the following matches:
Vllaznia Futsal – Flamurtari FC Futsal 01.03.2025 19:30 “Qazim Dervishi” Sports Hall
Armed Forces Futsal – Tirana Futsal 01.03.2025 19:30 “Asllan Rusi” Sports Hall
The same teams will also participate in the Albanian Cup in Futsal, which will be held in the classic format. To determine the matchups, an open draw will be conducted among the teams.
