The boys of the “Elite Youth Development Academy” have completed their second testing session for the U-14 and U-15 age groups. This winter session aimed to assess new talents and analyze their progress over the past few months.
The testing process is key step in identifying and preparing young players who could potentially be part of the National Teams in the future.
“Elite Youth Academy”, a project of the Albanian Football Association in collaboration with UEFA, is an important platform for the development of young footballers. It provides the best conditions for education, training and development, not only in the sports aspect but also in educational and personal growth.
