The project of the Football Federation in collaboration with UEFA, Elite Youth Development Academy, continues its intensive work in preparing the next generations of footballers in Albania. The children are regularly trained by a specialized staff in the facilities of the “House of Football”.
This week, they had the opportunity to train with U-21 National Team coach Alban Bushi, who shared various playing techniques, tactical schemes, and ideas on organizing attacks. These insights will help the young players in their further development as professional footballers.
Additionally, Coach Bushi held a brief talk with the players, where he shared his experience as a footballer and the professional journey that a young player undertakes on the path to joining the Albanian National Team.
