The talents of the “Elite Youth Development Academy” continue their daily work at the “Football House,” while the dedicated staff from the AFA takes care of their education not only in the sporting aspect but also in the educational and personal ones.
Recently, the children of the academy experienced a special moment as they were trained and held a meeting with the Assistant Coach of the National Team, Ervin Bulku.
After the training session, Bulku held an open discussion with the boys, sharing his experiences as a footballer and coach.
The children actively participated in the discussion, asking questions about key moments in his career, such as: the most special goal he has scored, his favorite player, the toughest opponents he has faced, the emotions of playing with the National Team, his experience at “Euro 2024,” and more.
In the end, the Assistant Coach of the National Team shared some advice with the young players, drawing from his personal experience. He emphasized the importance of daily work and discipline as key elements to achieving success in football.
