The Albanian Football Association will present the 2026–2030 strategy “Vision To Victory” on Monday, January 26, at the “House of Football.” This strategic document defines the direction, priorities, and objectives for the development of Albanian football over the next four years.
This strategy represents an important step toward building a sustainable and long-term model, aiming to strengthen football at all levels—from grassroots development and education, competitions and national teams, women’s football, to infrastructure, governance, public relations, and social responsibility.
At a time when Albanian football has experienced significant and meaningful progress and has gained valuable experience at both national and international levels, the Albanian Football Association has decided to consolidate this journey through a clear and structured vision, in line with UEFA and FIFA standards and policies.
During the presentation of the “Vision To Victory” strategy, the main objectives, strategic pillars, and priorities that will guide the development of Albanian football over the next four years will be made public.
This strategy is not merely a guiding document, but a commitment to develop Albanian football on strong, well-planned, and sustainable foundations.
