The Sector of Referees in the framework of the training the referees and supervisors in the cities of Elbasan, Fier and Shkoder, has organized a seminar with the referees of the Second Category and Third Category, with a participation of young referees and supervisors or regional zones. The seminar was organized to give an opportunity to the referees/assistants to be uptdates with the Rules of the Game, the problematics of the referees starting from the season 2019-2020 and other necessary information. The main topics discussed during the seminar were:

Hand touches
Team work/cooperation
Off –side position
The novelty of this seminar was that the role of instructors was given to the referees/assistants of FIFA that brought not only their experience inside the national championships but the international experience that will help the performance of the new referees. Present in these seminars were members of the RC that together with the collegiums are responsible for the organization.
The same update goes for the supervisors, for which the two seminars during January and August were not enough with necessary information regarding different situations that happen to the referees/assistants during a football match.
