The Albanian U-17 National Team will begin preparations tomorrow for the second round of the UEFA European Championship qualifiers, “Albania 2025.” The red and blacks are part of Group B6, where they will face Azerbaijan and Wales.
Head coach Andrea Tedesco has announced the squad list, which includes 21 players. Five players come from clubs in the Albanian championship, while the rest play in leagues abroad.
Albania will play its first match of this round against Azerbaijan on March 19 at “Elbasan Arena” at 15:00. The second group match, between Wales and Azerbaijan, will take place on March 22 at “Elbasan Arena” at 12:00. The round will conclude with the match between Albania and Wales, scheduled for March 25 at 15:00 at the “House of Football”.
This round is an important test for the U-17 National Team, as it will serve as preparation for the European Championship finals, where Albania will participate as the host nation.
