President Armand Duka thanked the members of the General Electoral Assembly for the trust shown in him and for his re-election at the head of the highest football institution in the country, the Albanian Football Association.
In his remarks, President Duka described his reconfirmation as a great honor, but above all as a responsibility to continue working in the service of Albanian football and its community.
“I would like to thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for today’s support and for the continuous support you have given to me and to the Albanian Football Association. For me, this is not simply a vote; it is a great responsibility and appreciation, and it compels me to be even more dedicated in serving you and the AFA.
I promise that we will do our utmost to ensure that our federation, our game and our football, the championship, our national teams, the development of infrastructure and the financial stability of the AFA reach the highest possible levels in the coming years. I hope that all of us together will be part of the 2026 World Cup. Best of luck to Silvinho and the national team. Thank you all,” said President Duka.
