The re-election of President Armand Duka as head of the AFA has been welcomed with congratulatory messages from senior international football officials and regional institutional representatives.
Following the congratulatory letter from President Infantino, the FIFA Secretary General, Mattias Grafström, also congratulated President Duka on his new mandate at the helm of the AFA.
The President of the Spanish Football Association, Rafael Louzán; the President of the German Football Association, Bernd Johannes Neuendorf; the President of the Slovak Football Association, Ján Kováčik; the President of the Dutch Football Association, Frank Paauw; the President of the Football Association of Kosovo, Agim Ademi; the President of the Football Association of Serbia, Dragan Džajić; the President of the Israel Football Association, Moshe Zuares; the President of the Hellenic Football Federation, Chrysostomos Gkagatsis; the President of the Georgian Football Association, Levan Kobiashvili; the President of the Football Association of Armenia, Armen Melikbekyan; the President of the Croatian Football Association, Marijan Kustić; the President of the Football Association of North Macedonia, Masar Omeragić; the President of the Football Association of Moldova, Leonid Oleinicenco; as well as the President of the Football Association of Slovenia, Radenko Mijatović, expressed their appreciation for President Duka’s contribution and leadership, wishing him success in his new term.
Congratulations on President Duka’s re-election were also conveyed by the Mayor of the Municipality of Preševo, Ardita Sinani, who praised his cooperation and contribution to the development of Albanian football in the Valley.
The numerous congratulatory messages confirm the respect and trust President Duka enjoys on the international stage, as well as the recognition of the work carried out by the AFA in recent years, strengthening the position of Albanian football within the European and global football family.
