Maurizio Viscidi is a well-known figure in European football. For many years, he has held the role of Technical Coordinator for youth national teams at the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), playing a crucial role in developing young talents and the strategic management ot Italy’s youth national team.
In December 2024, he received the prestigious Burlaz Award from UEFA for the extraordinary results achieved by Italy’s U17 and U19 National Teams over the past two seasons.
His participation in the Technical Director course offers a unique opportunity for Albanian youth football coaches and executives to learn from experience and innovate approach of a figure who has profoundly influenced the development of youth football.
