The red and black legionnaires wrapped up another positive week, delivering strong performances with their clubs.
Jasir Asani returned to scoring with his team, Gwangju. The national team’s forward found the back of the net in a 2-2 draw against Jeonbuk. Asani, starting the match, scored the first goal in the 14th minute.
Qazim Laçi also found the back of the net. The red and black midfielder had an excellent performance in Sparta Prague’s 2-1 win over Ceske Budejovice.
Laçi scored the opening goal in the 64th minute, and at the end of the match, he was named the best player with a rating of 9.2 from the specialized statistics site Sofascore.
Atalanta, with Berat Djimsiti, achieved a big away win against Empoli, with a dominant 0-5 scoreline. The captain of the Albanian national team started the match and played a key role in the second goal, scored in the 33rd minute. Djimsiti provided a perfect assist to Retegui, who found the back of the net.
