FIFA has approved a change to the Football Agent Regulations (FFAR), allowing the football agent exam to be held online starting this year.
This decision was made following a consultation process with the Football Agents Working Group, where it was concluded that an online exam would give more candidates the opportunity to participate without the need to travel or incur additional expenses.
The change came into effect on January 1, 2025, and the exam will be held once a year. FIFA will provide more details about the exam rules and conditions on the agent platform and its official website in due course.
The application period runs from March 4 to April 17, 2025, while the exam will take place on June 18, 2025.
This step aims to simplify access for those seeking to become licensed football agents by creating a more accessible and efficient process for all interested candidates.
