The Albanian Football Association and Macron have unveiled the new kits for the 2026/27 season for the Albanian national football team. The new uniforms will be worn by the Red and Blacks in the 2026 World Cup play-off match on March 26 against Poland in Warsaw.
New kits, but the same passion that will accompany the team led by Sylvinho as they pursue a historic objective: qualifying for the World Cup finals for the first time.
Red, dark white, and black are the colors of the new kits that the Albania national team will have at their disposal for the upcoming season. The three jerseys—home, away, and third kits—feature sophisticated and elegant graphics, innovative printing techniques, and the use of the highest-quality technical fabrics. In addition to guaranteeing top performance, Albania’s 2026/27 kits are also at the forefront of sustainability, as they have been produced by Macron using Eco Fabrics made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic.
The new home jersey for the 2026/27 season is red with a black knitted crew neck collar and red-and-black trim on the sleeve edges. Both the front and back feature graphics made of a series of wavy lines created using sublimation printing, a technique that allows designs to be transferred onto fabric with extreme precision and full customization. On the right side of the chest, these lines create an optical illusion of the double-headed eagle, Albania’s national symbol.
On the chest, printed in silicone, are the Macron Hero logo on the right in black and the FSHF crest on the left. A triangular panel on the outer back of the collar, bordered by black lines, features the word “SHQIPËRI”, while the inside is customized with a red label matching the graphics of the jersey.
In addition to the FSHF logo and the words “FEDERATA SHQIPTARE E FUTBOLLIT”, the label includes the Macron logo and the phrase “Designed in Bologna,” confirming that each piece has been conceived, designed, and developed at the Macron Campus.
Another personalized detail on the new Albanian national team kits is the internal neck tape, inserted on the back of the jersey, featuring the phrase “Ti Shqipëri, më jep nder” (“You Albania, give me honor”), repeated and intertwined with the symbol of the double-headed eagle. The home kit is completed with black shorts with drawstrings and red tips, while the black socks have a red upper trim with a thin horizontal black stripe.
The away jersey is entirely black, except for a thin red stripe on the sleeve edges, and features an all-over embossed graphic. The technique involves heat pressing a design onto the fabric so that the unpressed areas stand out from the surface, creating an impressive and elegant visual effect.
In this case, the pattern across the uniform consists of a repeated circular design representing the lily, a flower that traditionally symbolizes nobility and honor and which also appears on the helmet worn by Albania’s national historical hero Skanderbeg. The kit is completed with black shorts and black socks, the latter with a red band at the top and a horizontal black stripe.
The third jersey features the same graphic layout as the home jersey but stands out with its dominant off-white color, highlighted by red details on the round collar, sleeve edges, and a red stripe at the bottom of the shirt.
The Macron Hero logo on the chest is printed in red, as is the crest of the Albanian Football Federation. The same wavy graphic representing the outstretched wings of the eagle is also present. The shorts are also off-white, as are the socks with red detailing.
All kits also feature an Eco Micromesh back panel and Eco Mesh inserts, which provide greater breathability and comfort during use.
