The “Futsal Junior” tournament organized by the AFA and SHRFT for U-11 and U-13 age groups, has successfully finished. The tournament, held at “Feti Borova” Olympic Park, featured 16 teams divided into two groups for each category.
U-11 age group:
Group A: EMV Rinia, AP Dinamo, Viking, Titans.
Group B: Triumph, Tirana, Spartak, Lions.
U-13 age group:
Group A: Tirana, Partizani, Albanët, Don Bosko Aka.
Group B: Dinamo City, AP Dinamo, Rinia EL, Dajti.
In the U-13 final, the two capital teams, Partizani and Tirana, delivered an exciting showdown. In the end, the reds emerged victorious with a 3-2 win, securing the trophy.
Following the final matches, the tournament’s closing ceremony took place, attended by Executive Committee member Pano Xhixho, SHRF Tirana chairman Krenar Alimehmeti, and other SHRFT officials. The winning teams, Triumph U-11 and Partizani U-13 proudly lifted their trophies, while all participating children were awarded certificates of appreciation.
This inaugural tournament aimed to promote futsal as an integral part of football development in Albania.
