As in every other edition, alongside the individual awards given to Albanian footballers who excelled with their performances throughout 2024, the best “Team of the Year” was also announced.
The honor of unveiling the names of the winners was given to Sulejman Mema, the renowned former Albanian coach. Mema read out the names of the players, chosen based on voting by sports journalists from various Albanian TV programs.
From goalkeeper to forwards, the 11 players who were decisive for their clubs during 2024 are as follows: Alen Sherri (goalkeeper), Edison Ndreca (left back), Renato Malota (center back), Arbenit Xhemajli (center back), Arsid Kruja (right back), Arinaldo Rrapaj (left midfielder), Albano Aleksi (central midfielder), Arbin Zejnullari (right midfielder), Ermir Rashica (left forward), Bekim Balaj (center forward), Baton Zabërgja (right forward).
The 11 players took to the stage to receive their awards, expressing their gratitude in brief remarks. The ceremony concluded with a group photo of the entire team, commemorating this significant recognition.
