The Football Association’s ambitious project, the “Elite Youth Development Academy,” where 37 young footballers have been training and living together since September, continues to progress with inspiring steps. The young red and black talents are actively engaged every week with scheduled training sessions, friendly matches, and open meetings with guests from the world of football.
Recently, they held a training session with the technical staff of the Albanian National Team, where coaches and athletic trainers with many years of experience in football taught the players of the Elite Youth Academy tactical schemes and various exercises to improve their skills on the field.
After the training session, the young red and black players had the opportunity to exchange thoughts and receive suggestions from the National Team staff, which will help them in their journey as professional players in the future.
