Dinamo City won the Albanian Cup for the second year in a row. In the final held at the “Air Albania Stadium”, the capital team triumphed 3-2 over Egnatia, amidst spectacle and emotions.
The final began with a decisive moment in the 6th minute, when Egnatia was left with 10 men after Bakayoko’s red card. Dinamo took advantage of the numerical superiority and took control of the game, taking the lead in the 23rd minute with Malomo.
Just a few minutes later, Bregu scored a beautiful goal to double the score and give Ilir Daja’s team more peace of mind.
In the second half, Dinamo was also reduced to 10 men after Malomo was sent off, while Egnatia responded by narrowing the gap in the 81st minute with Buric. However, Dinamo reacted immediately and Mustapha scored the third goal with a spectacular shot, sealing the success of the Blues. Adjessa’s goal at the end of the match served only as a statistic.
After the end of the final, the medal and trophy presentation ceremony took place, where the President of the Albanian Football Association, Armand Duka, and the Secretary General, Ilir Shulku, were present.
President Duka presented the medals and trophy of the Albanian Cup to Dinamo City, who celebrated their second consecutive success in this competition.
