The ‘’Coca-Cola’’ company in cooperation with the Albanian Football Association and the Ministry of Education and Sports awarded the winners of the tournament held in different in the schools of different cities. For a week , in the city of Shkodra were held the scheduled matches, and crowned the winners for man and women’s tournament. 8 men teams and 4 women’s teams from different areas of Shkodra participated the race for winning the ‘’Coca-Cola’’ trophy, an annual event fully supported , organized and supervised by the AFF.
For the men’s tournament for the area of Shkodra participated the teams of schools of : ‘’Ismail Qemali’’, ‘’Deshmoret e Prishtines’’, ‘’Skenderbej’’ ‘’Ndre Mjeda’’, ‘’Salo Halili’’, ‘’Zemra e Krishtit’’, ‘’ Ali Lacej’’ and ‘’Haxhi Shamia’’. As for the women’s team 4 school teams participated in this tournament: ‘’Ali Lacej’’, ‘’ Ismail Qemali’’, ‘’Skenderbej’’and the ‘’Ndre Mjeda’’ school. The results of the finals of the trophy ‘’Coca-Cola’’ for the area of Shkodra are as follows:
Women’s final:
‘’Ali Lacej’’ school – ‘’Ismail Qemali’’ school – 2-0
Men’s final:
‘’Ismail Qemali’’ school – ‘’ Salo Halili’’ school – 2-1
The winners received the respective cups and medals , in a ceremony where present were the representatives of the ‘’Coca-Cola’’ company and representatives of the Ministry of Education and Sports. This kind of tournament will continue for more editions to come , as a tradition that will keep in motion the passion for football for the boys and girls of different schools.
