As part of the campaign to recruit young referees, the final of the Albanian Supercup between Egnatia and Kukësi, which will be played this evening at the “Arena Kombëtare,” will be accompanied by a special message from the match officials.
When the referees take the field, they will be wearing shirts with the slogan “Bëhu Arbiter” (“Become a Referee”), a call aimed at attracting young people and football enthusiasts to join this important profession.
Additionally, throughout the match, the referees will wear an armband with the same logo, making this initiative visible at all times during the game.
The “Bëhu Arbiter” campaign is part of a broader program supported by UEFA and European football associations, aiming to recruit new referees across various countries. The campaign also seeks to raise awareness about the importance of referees in ensuring a fair and professional game.
