The third matches of the Albanian Women’s Cup, which will determine the direct qualification for teams in Groups A and B, will be played on February 9 and 12. So far, only Tirana has secured a ticket to the semifinals of this edition.
In Group A, Partizani will face Apolonia. The Reds are in last place with 0 points, while Apolonia has 3 points, thanks to a 3-0 victory over Gramshi last week. Apolonia has three points in the Group A standings, the same as Gramshi. However, due to the victory in their direct match, the Fier team is ranked first. The Partizani – Apolonia match will be played on February 12 at 13:00.
In Group B, Laçi will face Egnatia. The Rrogozhina team earned three valuable points last week by defeating Kinostudio 4-2. A victory for Egnatia against Laçi would send the Rrogozhina team directly to the semifinals. This match will be held on Sunday at 14:00.
In Group C, Lushnja will face Teuta on Sunday at 12:00.
In addition to the top three teams that qualify directly for the semifinals, the second-best runner-up will also advance to this phase. Everything will depend on the results of the final matches in each group to determine the fourth semifinalist.
