Partizani, Vllaznia, Egnatia, and Dinamo City are the four semifinalist teams of the Albanian Cup for the 2024-2025 season.
Partizani advanced to the next stage after a 2-1 victory against Laçi at the “Arena e Demave” stadium. The first match between the two teams had ended in a 0-0 draw, making this match decisive for qualification.
Vllaznia secured qualification at the “Loro Boriçi” stadium against AF Elbasani, only after a penalty shootout. The regular match ended in a spectacular 3-3 draw, while in the first leg, the teams had drawn 0-0. In the penalty shootout, the Shkodran team triumphed with a 5-4 result.
At the matches played today, Egnatia and Dinamo City secured the two last tickets to the semifinals.
Egnatia eliminated Bylis, after winning 3-1 in the first match. At the second leg, the clash ended in a 2-2 draw, confirming the qualification of Egnatia team in the next phase of this competition.
The regular time of the match Skënderbeu – Dinamo City ended 0-2, and the game went into extra time. Ilir Daja’s team scored two more goals, and in the end, the match finished 0-4, with Dinamo City securing qualification to the semifinals.
