Egnatia is officially the first finalist of the Albanian Cup for the 2025/2026 season. The Rrogozhina side secured their ticket to the final after a 4–2 victory on penalties against Elbasani.
In the match played this evening at “Elbasan Arena,” regular time ended in a 1–1 draw. Egnatia took the lead with a goal by Gruda in the 11th minute, while Elbasani equalized through Musta.
It was a hard-fought semifinal with a high tempo from both teams, delivering excitement and strong rivalry for more than 120 minutes.
Meanwhile, the other Albanian Cup semifinal between Vllaznia and Dinamo City will take place tomorrow at “Loro Boriçi” stadium, starting at 19:00.
