The Albanian Football Association is preparing to carry out one of the most significant infrastructure investments in the country, with the construction of a modern hotel near the “House of Football” complex. The project aims to provide accommodation for all national teams during training camps, from the men’s and women’s A teams to the youth squads.
The hotel will have 5 above-ground floors and 2 underground levels, with a total of 87 rooms, restaurants, conference rooms, and other functional spaces. It will be able to accommodate up to four national teams simultaneously, especially during tournaments and major events.
The project also includes a parking floor, storage areas, and additional facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. Construction is expected to begin immediately after the building permit is approved, for which the Federation has already applied and is currently awaiting authorization.
This investment demonstrates AFA’s commitment to creating optimal conditions for the national teams and further developing the “House of Football” complex, bringing it closer to the standards of the most modern football facilities in Europe and worldwide.
