The Albanian Football Association has created a special section on its official website, fshf.org, to support coaches of children aged 5–8 and 9–11.
This section, named Coaching, is free and accessible to anyone training children in these age groups in Albania.
AFA’s Technical Director, Fulvio Pea, in a statement for fshf.org, explained this new initiative and its importance for the development of children’s football.
“These days, the Coaching section on our website is live and completely free of charge.
All academies and coaches working with children aged 5 to 8 and 9 to 11 can find around 180 training exercises that they can use with their kids.”
“The exercises include both outfield players and goalkeepers, and can be accessed with a simple click:
By visiting our website
Clicking on the Coaching section located on the right-hand side
Opening the folder that interests you
Clicking on it, and you will find the exercises your children need.”
“The prepared material will help improve the quality of training sessions, specialize technical work according to age groups, and develop the essential skills that every child should train and master at the appropriate age,” emphasized Director Pea.
“The exercises were prepared by AFA coaches, as part of a collaboration between the National Teams, Education, and Development & Research Departments.
All that’s left is to wish you success in your work, reminding you that AFA is always at your service and together we can achieve great things,” concluded AFA’s Technical Director.
