The Albanian Football Association roundly condemns the violence towards the referee Xhuljan Bacaj in the end of the match Luzi 2008-Lushnja, of the 18th week in the First Category.
Immediately after the incident the referee Bacaj has pressed charges towards the aggressor, which has been identified as an employee of the Luzi 2008 club and has been arrested from the Police who has taken action right away by neutralizing the aggressor.
The Football Association requires from the order and law forces to take strong precautions to stop and condemn violent acts, who ruin the image of football.
AFA expresses their disapproval for this unacceptable event and makes an appeal to not let football get penalized because of some violent and unresponsible persons.
The violence towards the referee in Luz cannot have anything to do with football and Fair Play and all actors should distance themselves from such actions that damage our beautiful game.
