The Albanian Football Association held the first consultative meeting with football clubs, regarding the legal changes that have been proposed in the framework of the Reform in Sports.
Representatives of the clubs present in this meeting were presented with the work done so far and the concrete proposals of AFA, with the aim to incite the participation in sports. The draft proposed by the Albanian Football Association aims to change and improve the Penal Code, the changes at the Law for Sponsorships, the VAT law, the law for Sports and the transferring of sports duties from the units of local government to the sport’s clubs.
All the points were carefully analyzed and the proposals of the clubs will be represented on the draft that AFA will sent to the working groups that have been erected by the Council of Ministers.
