The construction of a new football field near “Niko Dovana” Stadium in Durrës is entering its final stage. Following the completion of the foundation, the laying of the synthetic turf will begin in the coming days, marking another significant investment by the Albanian Football Association.
This project is being carried out by AFA in collaboration with Teuta Club, with the local club having undertaken the foundation works. Meanwhile, the Association will finance the synthetic turf and also invest in the irrigation system, as well as provide the field with goals and corner flags.
This investment is crucial for improving sports infrastructure in Durrës, creating better conditions for training and the development of football players. At the same time, AFA continues its commitment to investing in football fields across several cities in Albania.
