The national Youth team “Shpresa” equalized 2-2 in Hungary against the local counterpart team. The team, lead by coach Redi Jupi, managed to break the advantage of the home team twice.
Our national team took the lead first with a goal scored by Rei Manaj in the 24th minute of the match. Just four minutes later, Prosser provided the equalizing goal, scoring for the Hungarians. Shortly before the end of the first half, in the 42nd minute, Latifi lead our country again in advantage. The match score drew at a 2-2 stalemate in the 63rd minute, where again Prosser equalized for the locals.
“We aimed for the score and reached our goal here. This match produced a good performance of our youth national team “Shpresa”. With a little more care we could have come out victorious, but the guys showcased a performance to be commended” –stated after the match for the official website of the AFF, coach Redi Jupi. This was his third game on the youth national team bench as head coach, where he has recorded two draws and a loss.
