The President of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, assesses the historical result of the Albanian national team, which achieved to be qualified directly to the final stage of the European Championship “France 2016”. Through the message sent to the official website of AFF, the head of football institution, greeted all Albanians for the historical achievement: “I am happy for what our guys achieved in this memorable evening and I hope to share this joy with all Albanians. It was a great event, undoubtedly part of our football history. I would consider it the greatest”, – said the President Duka. Then Number 1 of the Albanian football institution has expressed his highest appreciation for the national team players. “They have sacrificed endlessly in this season and can be considered true Albanians. Their contribution and their values, made to overcome all difficulties and achieve a very difficult target” – gave his opinion President Duka.
Then he thanked all the sympathetic fans, which have supported the national team during all this period. “We promised you a dream. Today we are happy that our dream came true”, pointed the President Duka.
Finally a special evaluation goes for coach De Biasi, the originator and executor of this success. The President Duka did not spare the praise: “Of course it is a good job performed by the coach and his staff. We appreciate and thank him for this success. Now, we have even a greater commitment to fulfill” – ended his speech the President Armand Duka.
